Alright, so somewhere along the way, Ed thought it would be a good idea to bring a whole chicken, stuff a beer can up its ass, and throw it in the fire....oh, how wrong he was....and I won't even mention the fact that he cleaned the chicken in the dirty river we had all been peeing in all day...hey wait, I just did mention it....well anyway, while Beer Can Chicken is a real thing, it is generally washed in CLEAN water, then seasoned, then put into a smoker or barbecue for 1.5 - 2 hours...not over a barely burning campfire...sorry Ed....
